Rhodia Mann was born and raised in Kenya to Romanian-Polish Jewish refugees fleeing the horrors of Nazi Europe. Bead collector, jewelry maker, and curator of indigenous culture artifacts, stories, and traditions-especially the Samburu-Rhodia is working to establish a library at a school in Maralal.
